Tips & Frequently Asked Questions
No, you are not required to clean the glasses. However, we appreciate when customers take the time to return dishes washed as it makes for less mess during transporting. We show our appreciation by refunding the cleaning deposit in full.
Please note, even though dishes may be returned washed, they will still be cleaned to industry standards by our team.
